Paviljonki’s meeting rooms are designed to support the goal of each meeting – whether it’s strategic planning, creative ideation or effective decision-making.
The interior design of the meeting rooms beautifully combines domestic design and functionality. Birch wood and pine create a natural and warm atmosphere, and Jukola’s domestic wood panels make the look elegant. Ease of use has been taken into account both in the furniture and in offering different seating solutions.
Our color scheme is calming and supports concentration – the perfect environment for ideation and efficient working. The natural tones and greenery are in harmony with Paviljonki’s other renovated spaces, such as our restaurant.
The lighting is fully adjustable in our meeting rooms, and you can adjust it to be just right dim or bright. Some rooms also have interior lights to create a special atmosphere.
Acoustics have been taken into account both in the design and in the selection of materials. The floor material used in the premises is durable vinyl cork, which fits both aesthetically to the tonal world and promotes good acoustics. Decorative acoustic panels have been used in some of the premises. The wooden panels on the walls also improve the acoustics and make the space visually impressive.
The meeting technology has been completely renewed and the premises have impressive microled screens.
