Print materials
When you order an exhibition stand design from us, please provide the final print-ready materials no later than 5 weeks before the event.
We also offer graphic design services for print materials — ask our stand designers for more information!
MATERIAL GUIDELINES, WALL PRINTS, AND LOGOS
Preparing the file
Print-ready materials must be delivered as a PDF file with 5 mm bleed. Vector image files are also accepted, such as .eps, .tiff, and .ai formats. For large files, the material should be provided at a 1:10 or 1:2 scale.
Naming the file
Avoid using special characters or Scandinavian letters (ä, ö, å) in the file name. Please indicate the scaling ratio if the material has been created at a reduced size.
Colors and fonts
We print products using CMYK colors and recommend using the Coated FOGRA 39 CMYK color profile for images.
Fonts must be embedded in the file or converted to outlines.
Resolution
The recommended resolution for wall prints is at least 50 ppi.
RIGGING AND ELECTRICAL PLANS
Please send images of the rigging, electrical, and technical plans to your stand designer for approval no later than 5 weeks before the event. The technical plan must show the locations of the rigging points, the hanging height, and the size of the material to be rigged (such as a lighting truss or logo sign).
You can order rigging, lighting trusses, and hanging elements directly from our stand designer. Let us know your visibility requirements for your stand, and you will receive a 3D drawing of the plan along with a construction offer.
We reserve the right to reject rigging structures until they comply with safety standards. All rigging points will be installed exclusively by Jyväskylän Messut Oy.
