Event is located in hall A of Paviljonki. The space is completely renovated in the fall of 2024 and serves its customers by transforming itself as the occasion demands – true to its name!

The space has standard, comfortable seminar or restaurant furniture. In addition, diversity and a relaxed atmosphere have been created with various furniture solutions, which have been made into comfortable seating areas alongside traditional seminar seating. The space enables a diverse implementation within a single event, combining a seminar with, for example, networking, workshops or an exhibition. The renewed surfaces and lighting solutions make the space comfortable and versatile.

If necessary, Event can also be transformed from a seminar space into an atmospheric stage for theme parties and entertainment events!

The LED wall enables versatile presentation of content and simultaneous presentation of video or multiple images. The brightness and contrast of the LED wall are top-notch, and it can be used to easily change the atmosphere of the event by utilizing colors, light, video, animation and streaming. The event space has DMX controlled lighting, where each light fixture can be controlled individually. The sound system in the space is designed by professionals and the quality of the PA system is one of the best in Finland. Event technology is very important for the success of events. Every visitor experiences and remembers whether sound was heard or images were seen at events. In addition, event technology can be used to take event visitors from one atmosphere to another, so the impact on the experience is significant.
